5.1.2 Health
Health Welfare has been practicing throughout the country, 9 of 10
persons obtained health welfare which increased continuously since 2005. In 2011,
Most of the people getting health welfare (79.2%) were under the Universal Health
Care Coverage Scheme (gold card), which was subsidized by the government for the
people without any health benefits. Also the government focuses on health
policies, such as health promotion and prevention from diseases. One another
important social welfare is the social security system.
