Under-employment
There are two types of under-employment workers, namely;
workers who worked with lower qualification than they obtained and workers
who worked less time than they wanted to. From Labour Force Survey
showed that the highest of under-employment in October (1.1%) and lowest
in December (0.5%)

2.2.2 Unemployment
Unemployment refers to the situation when the persons in active,
who neither worked nor had a job in the 7 days of an interview date but looking
for a job or persons who were not looking for a job but were ready to work.
