The labour force participation rates in Thailand have been rather high,
approximately 72%, as Thailand is still in condition of benefit from an increase in
working age population (15-59 years), that is the population in the labour force were
still sufficient. However, if the number of births continually decline steadily,
Thailand would finally face with labour shortage in the near future.
