The number of the population increases every year, however, the
growth rate has been declining continuously due to a decline of number at birth.
From the population projection, it was found that the number of children (0-14 years)
decreased from 19.8% in 2010 to 16.8% and 14.8% in 2020 and 2030 respectively,
this is a key factor led to the change of population age, sex structure and
population distribution which would affect to economic, social and environment.
